Good Monday morning everyone. It's a new week and a new day. Time to rise and shine! Gotta spray those pits and eat those grits! This is going to be the BEST day of your life! Our challenge today is to realize if you want change, only you can make change happen. Change starts in YOU. You can't change anyone else. You can't make anything happen except with you. You have the power to make change take place in YOU! So, what do you want to change? What do you need to change? After you've asked yourself this, think about it, then, as Nike says, JUST DO IT!
