Good Tuesday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. Gotta get up and get a new day going. It's going to be an awesome day! You're going to make this the best day of your life! Our challenge today is to never go back. To what? To your past. When we go back, sometimes it hurts us. Physically, emotionally, and mentally. I know one thing, I will NEVER go back to the Randall I use to be. I'll never be over 300 pounds again. NEVER. They say, "Never say never", but I can promise you this, with all that is within me. With all that this man right here has inside himself, I will never go back to the unhealthy life I use to live. I've picked up a habit of a sweet tooth as of late. BAD! BAD! BAD! Time for confessions here. But, I am realizing, recognizing and repenting to myself and you guys. Ya know, when we confess to someone else, it helps. Going back starts with one thing. Then it builds. We have to make up our minds. We are the one's who control "going back"! I've made up my mind, even though I haven't gained, (lost 4 lbs. actually), I'm still not going back to my old habits. I was talking to Tambo last night after Revival and our conversation helped me to realize, one thing, can slip in and cause you to slip and go back. NOT HAPPENING. Make that vow and challenge with me today? WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! If this speaks to you in your "daily" life, not just in WLS issues, please, NEVER GO BACKWARDS. Let's do this today! I KNOW WE CAN! So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some awesome Ghiradelli Cafe' Chocolate Caramel. Talk about smelling the house up and tasting good! YUMMO! This stuff is (as my Youth Group would say) "OFF THE CHAIN"! Let's all have a blessed and wonderful Tuesday as we MOVE FORWARD AND NEVER GO BACK! Randall

Randall, this is what I was preaching to my husband just the other day, except not related to WLS. He blames himself for the problems we are having. You see, we used to live in Cullman, AL and then he got a job offer that would move us back home to Arkansas. Since then he has lost his job with that company and he is making less than he used to. At the time we were moving from AL back home to AR both he and I felt it wasn't right, we didn't have a peace about it but we never mentioned it to each other. Now, he blames himself for everything. I told him he needs to go before God and seek forgiveness and then leave it there. Do not pick it back up. Anyway, I totally agree with you. NEVER GO BACKWARDS. I just pray my dh will stop looking back. Shel
