Daily Prayer Requests 24th September 2007

Good am all, Hope everyone had a great weekend! What a BEAUTIFUL morning it is and I have done some knee mail and asked God for the strength and determination to face adversity in all forms including deal with those who for whatever their reasons cannot seem to be in the here and now and work towards the greater good. God I ask that you see us all through these types of challenges. You have worked wonderful miracles and certainly blessed my life in ways I up until now only dreamt about. Thank you for them all and all the ones I don't see yet. For Sally's friend Pati as she considers surgery, for Lena congrats on the promotion and hope things are going well, for Lucy who's lil' light issue may have only slowed her down but she'll be back posting to us, to Randall for sharing an AMAZING story, for Sally who posts the verse of the day and for all of those who move us and inspire us each and every day....THANK YOU Lord for them. Many prayers to/for you all, Kat HAVE A GREAT MONDAY!

Well, I'm asking for a selfish prayer request but I'm on day 6 of a 4 week skim milk diet in prep for surgery and feel so aweful. I'm not even feeling hungry particularly just weak and tired. I know this too shall pass but sure could use some encouragement from everyone. Thanks so much-you are an awesome bunch. Karen

Hey Kat, thanks for the 'shout out'!!! I ask for prayers today for my sister in law. She is 28 years old and has had several mini strokes this week. They do not know for sure what is causing it but think it could possibly be related to her lupus and the meds she takes for it. She is the mom of 2 girls and a wife as well...they need and love her dearly. I just pray to God that He heals her.

Hi Kat, I have been AWOL lately. My school year started with a vengeance and I just can't keep up with everything. Please pray for several of my students who have acting out behaviors. Please pray for me as I wrestle with a certain sin issue that I am struggling with. Please pray for my sister, as while she apologized for the problem we had last week, she has need of a lot of things emotionally and spiritually. Trish
