Verse for the day - Sunday Sept. 23

Psalm 138:8 The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me. What a wonderful and powerful promise! Thank you Lord for being the driving force behind my life. It gives me comfort to know that all things are designed by your hands. Even when trouble comes, YOU will be moving me forward to fulfill Your purpose for me. You will never fail, you will never falter, you will never cease to move me toward the promise you have in store for my life. You are moving all things toward Your Son. Every knee will bow and tongue will confess that Jesus is the Lord. That day will come for all of us. For some of us it is a wonderful promise and for others a moment of sad realization. Let all who I come in contact with know that You are the God whom I serve. Thank you for giving my life purpose and meaning through Your loving Son. Amen.
