Daily Prayer Requests 21st September 2007

Good am all, TGIF! Hope everyone is finding the positives in all things and making time for yourself and giving thanks to God for all he's blessed us with. Just a couple prayer requests this am...please say some prayers for a friend of mine who's having a LOT of trouble with his 16 year old son who attends a school that is VERY hatred filled and they battled over this last year which resulted in his son skipping 8 days of school give or take and also him failing a couple classes but passing for the year. Again this year is trouble and we're not even a month into school. I have helped him with many options and he is taking proactive means but honestly there isn't much to do when the school could seem to care less unless his son rats out the "bad guys" in which case they WILL retaliate. Senseless....so please your prayers for his son, himself and the others who just don't get that being hateful isn't the answer. In addition, please pray for the school to finally do something to better reticfy these type situations. My other prayer request is for myself. Please say a few prayers for me as I am attending a docs appointment next Tues to try and work out a solution to a couple years issue I've been dealing with. I/we(docs) have worked on a few different solutions but known have produced the results we want/need. So, thanks in advance. I have one last shout out to ALL of you here. You are truly an amazing group of people. I rather enjoy coming here each morning and posting even when there are not a lot of replies because I know these are read and I also know when you need prayers and encouragement you will come here and chime in. Hi Kat....this is my first time posting a prayer request. Please pray that my surgery will go well on 10/2. Also, my dil is having invitro fertilization around the same time as my surgery. Please pray that if it is God's will that she will become pregnant. They really want a child. Pray that if it does not happen that they will have peace around it. Thank you all for your prayers. I love this board to come and read and get strength and hope.
