Daily Prayer Requests 29th August 2007

Good am all, What a beautiful am its shaping up to be. Looking out my bedroom window I can see the sun a bit orange/pink and the clouds getting puffy. My buggas are up and we are just about ready to head out the door for a day with my nephews as well. Please pray for the kids many of which who have already returned to school and these guys who go the day after Labor Day. They are excited but a bit down that summer has basically ended in their minds. Let us come together and pray for one another that we might be able to remember the simple things in life we often take for granted. Recently I realized that I was moving too fast again, taking on too much and really becoming stressed. I even missed posting here a couple times because of the activities I had taken on. So, I am taking a day per week (at this point) to slow down, reflect, take inventory of my week's schedule/activities and really try and see what things are a must and what things I can honestly enjoy a bit more as an activity than a chore. Let us pray for those who have upcoming surgeries, are newly post-op and those of us who are years post-op. We all have so much to offer and in many different ways. Please enjoy your day! Kat

Good Morning Kat, I am asking for prayer for my packing for a trip, and the trip itself. My family, kids, ex-husband etc, are all traveling to St. Louis this week, as my son is getting married on Saturday. Please pray for all the logistics involved in travel, as well as safety, as some are flying and some are driving. Please pray for the wedding events, and the newlyweds, Chris and Casey. thanks, Trish
