Daily Prayer Requests 7th August 2007

Good am all, Let us come together and pray for ourselves and one another that we might come to the Lord in prayer for all the many blessings we have in our lives. Let us remember all we DO have in our lives instead of all we don't have or wish we did. Often times we can get caught up in our day to day lives and forget that there are others who don't have what we do and it is all the more reason(s) to reach out to them and show them they too are blessed. Good Morning Kat, My car is a total loss, and I am waiting to fax a receipt to my insurance company for the new transmission I put in it last year. Then, I will get the estimate for its value. Please pray that the Lord has just the right car for me at the price I can afford. I am hoping for something the same age as my car I just lost, but a little bigger. Also, please continue to pray for my back, which is really bothering me this morning. I am discouraged today, as I did not sleep much last night. Thanks, Trish

Hi Trish, I am so sorry to hear of your problems with the wreck and the car. That is always such a pain to deal with. I hate car problems. I will pray that the Lord will send you to just the right person who has the car you need. And also, I will pray for your back. I've had chronic back problems for many years, and I know how painful and debilitating that can be. Hang in there, my new friend. Help is on the way!!!! Because of Him, JudieB

Thank you all for praying about my studio apartment I need to rent in my home - well God seems to have answered the prayer. He has brought a nice Christian gal to our home last night - we all bonded and it seems like a match. She is having a few $$$ issues, but nothing that can't be worked out. We will be signing contracts tonight - Lord willing. So here are my prayer requests - For Terri - my possible new tenant - that she will be able to make the money she needs to move her life forward. For my son Jordan as he studies (Law School) and works, and is a father and husband. For balance and grace in his life. Finally for me to find the perfect job or to recognize it if I already have it. Love to you all. Sally

Please keep me in your prayers. I go to the doctor tomorrow for my shoulder and see what they can do to help me. The pain at times is unbearable but I am trying to deal with it the best that I can. Also that I get a job in the medical field that I went to school for. I am also putting in for a supervisors postion where I am now so we will see how that turns out. I pray for a couple of people I work with one is having surgery next week and the others husband is justing getting out of intense care. They have a long ways to go.
