Special Prayer Request

I had a pretty bad car accident on Tuesday evening. I hurt my back and foot, and seriously damaged my car. There is a good possibility I totaled it. I really cannot afford to replace it, even with the insurance. I really need to have this car last me another year or so. Please pray for this situation. I am struggling financially, and am just trying to dig myself out of a pretty bad hole with three jobs. I really do not have any credit to be buying a car with. Thanks, Trish

Trish, My prayers go out for you today. I pray that God will show himself mighty in your situation. The Word of God tells us to "cast all of our cares upon him because he cares for us". So Trish as you are casting ALL of your cares on him , he is faithful to take care opf them. God is so very concerned with us that he has numbered the hairs on our head, and if one is missing, he knows it! How can we not trust a God like that who is so very concerned about what is going on with us. The key to all of this is, once you cast the cares on him, you don't pick it back up. What you are saying when you cast them on him is, Lord, I trust you to work all of this out, and however you see fit, just have your way. So be encouraged, honey, and rest in knowing that God has it. We already know that worrying is not of God. Trust Him, Trust Him, He won't let you down.
