Daily Prayer Requests 18th July 2007

Good am all, Please pray for those who are struggling with demons and are going through some of their darkest hours. Please prayer for those who continue to reach out to others to profess and show the love of Jesus and try and help where and when they can. Please continue to pray for those here on the Christianity Forum as well as on and off OH. Please also say prayers for those who are afraid to ask for help and believe that they are better off keeping things inward. Let us show them our love, guidance and support and remind them that we all have our moments and we need to pick them up and lift them up in prayers to God. Please say some prayers for me this am if you would. I am struggling with a few things but rest assured hitting the floor with knee-mail and my own reaching out to others will bring things full circle. Have an AMAZING day! Kat

Kat, I will surely keep you in my prayers. I would also ask you keep me in your prayers the next few weeks. My surgery date is fast approaching and I am nervous about he surgery, not what I am doing just going through the actual surgery. It is the ultimate surrender to the Lord to go under the knife not knowing what will happen and I am nervous. Also please pray for my husband who is battleing some big demons within himself and my kids that they will draw closer to the Lord as I would as well. We all desperately need to be going to knee mail, and I am getting better but no where where I was. Please pray for my mother who is stuggling with emphazema and thyroid tumor, my grandfather who just lost my grandmother who went home to the Lord a week ago. Some of my famiy does not know the Lord please pray that this would bring them closer. Thanks everyone, Trish

Hi Trish, I would encourage you to read Psalm 139 everyday between now and surgery. That is what I did this time last year. Hugs, Trish

My prayer requests for today: 1. For God's divine favor to be upon my paperwork when it is submitted to the insurance company next week. 2. That I might resist temptation and eat the right foods today in order to stay on track. 3. My oldest daughter (Shantee') and her finances, she is still experiencing a very difficult financial season. Also, pray for God to open up a door for her to get a better paying job. 4. Pray for those that might be outside of the will of God for their lives, and to turn from their backslidden state. For them to also know that God is married to the backslider.

Prayers for today - Luke and Wendy need an affordable apartment Lord. Jenn and Jesse's baby boy - growing so wonderously within Jenn's body. Jeremey's college financial needs - please work it all out. Amen.

I have a prayer request. I have gained about 25 pounds and I feel terrible about it. Please pray that God will guide me to eat and exercise and do the right things. I want to stay healthy and feel good. My prayers are being said for everyone here. God bless, Wanda

Sorry I am so late. Please pray for the following: 1. My friend, Greg's wife has recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. They love the Lord and serve Him in their church. Also, Greg has a cold. 2. My friend, Beryl's cancer is back. She has it in her lungs and brain. She had her most recent chemo this past week. 3. Continue to lift up Bob and Ruth. He has a long road before he is out of the hospital. 4. My sister, Eileen, still cries uncontrollably about my brother's death in October. Also, she is trying to arrange lap-band surgery with the hospital I went to last year, but is having some trouble getting through to them. 5. My son, Sean, is having some difficulties at his job. Prayer requests: ~My neice and her husband are entering full time Christian ministry in August. ~My nephew longs to be in full-time Christian ministry but his wife is opposing it. ~My daughter is due the first of August with her 2nd child. ~My aunt suffers from painful osteoarthritis. ~I will be staring a new job July 30th.
