Continued Prayer Needed

Please continue to lift Bob and Ruth up to the Lord. Today, the doctors said we need to pray for his kidneys and liver, as when his heart stopped all those times, the blood did not get to these organs, and he may need to be on dialysis either temporarily or for the rest of his life. They also do not know if there is any brain damage at this time, as he still has a breathing tube in and cannot speak. Tonight he has a fever, so they are watching for infection. The doctors attribute his survival to a miracle from God, and the nurse who asked Ruth to pray for her is a Hindu who was amazed at Bob's survival and Ruth's calm demeanor after the surgery. God is at work in this situation and the family gives all of the glory to God and thanks everyone who is praying at this time. I will keep you updated as I learn more from the family.
