Tuesday coffee talk

Good Tuesday morning everyone! Boy! Do I feel RESTED! A good feeling! I hope you had a great nights rest and now you are ready to go out and have a wonderful Thursday. Our challenge today is to "think skinny"! Thinking this will help you SEE your goal and go for it! How skinny do you want to be? What "goal" weight have you set? Think skinny and it'll help! Are you at goal and don't want to gain? Think skinny! As a person thinks, they train their mind. SO THINK SKINNY! So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on a great cup of Southern Pecan. I have trouble with this....I am not sure my brain has caught up with the physical changes I have seen since Jan 24th. And, to tell the truth, since my goal has always been a quest for overall health (physically, emotionally, relationally, financially, and spiritually), I really can't measure the physical progress using scales or a clothing size. Anyone have any tips? (By the way, yes, I am in counseling! )

Good mornin' Randall, Of course I had my two cups of cafe con leche w/splenda from Ron's this morning. Mmmm! Southern Pecan does sound delicious, though. Where do you get your coffee? It's hard for me to think "skinny" because I know I have put on some pounds over the last 2-3 months. I know it is because I'm not regular in my exercise. I'm hoping that will soon change. I was offered employment this morning with a company that has an employee wellness center and program as part of their benefits. I'm 95% sure I'm going to accept the job even though it will be less pay. Pay isn't everything....Job satisfaction is important and I have not felt fulfilled in my current job. I've prayed about it and I think God is opening a new door for me.....an opportunity to help people in crisis. Have a blessed and sunny day....keep cool, too! luvitsunnyv
