Tuesday coffee talk

Good Tuesday morning my OH Family! I hope you had a great nights sleep! I know I sure did. I'm taking advantage of this summer deal let me tell ya. With the kids out, it feels great to sleep a "little" late. Our challenge today is to BEAT the demon! What demon? The obesity demon. That inner you that still lies inside, poking you, telling you that you can't get to goal, that you can't excersise, that you can't eat like you should. It's time that you rise up and tell YOURSELF you CAN and you WILL be a success on this WLS Journey! You are a VICTOR, NOT A VICTIM!! You are STRONG inside and you are going to accomplish that that you have set out to do. Watch and see! We KNOW that at the Name of Jesus, EVERY knee has to bow. Speak the WORD of GOD over your WLS Journey! Over your life! You can do ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens you! Christ is the anointed one and He lives inside of you! That demon of obesity and defeat has to bow at the very pressance of Jesus so that demon is defeated already! We have to rise up and realize who we are in Christ and the BENEFITS we have in HIM! I pray this ministers to you today! RISE UP! Kill that demon of obesity just like David did Goliath! I appreciate you guys and I have the UTMOST confidence in YOU! So, what cha sipping on today? Let me tell ya bout THIS ONE! You know I'm sipping on my coffee, but an AWESOME FRIEND of mine in Raliegh, NC sent me some Southern Pecan from the Farmer's Market there. I recieved it in the mail yesterday! This coffee has the most awesome flavor! I think I have a new favorite Michael B! Thanks! You'll NEVER know how much it means that you thought of me!
