Good Morning Randall, Sorry I have been away for about a week. Was too busy loving my little granddaughter to be on the computer. Positive. My poor Mom is stuck in the negative past. It is so painful to listen to her sometimes. I struggle against that, as it was engrainted in me growing up. I have to confess I have been discouraged as my weight is stuck, and my appetite is back. Thank you Randall.....it may be evening but I needed your words to put me in a reality check today. I'm feeling down today and feeling down affects what and when I eat. I know that feeling negative, especially about myself is destructive....not only to my weightloss goals, but destructive to my Christian witness. Why do we have these days?
