Verse for the Day June 30

John 1: 1-2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Father as I sit here and cry "Abba Father" I just want to thank you again for all the assurances you have given us. You are a loving and all knowing God who chose us at t he beginning of time to be with you. Thank you for the love of a Father for his children and for being so kind and compassionate to me, a sinning and failing human. You have lifted me from the mud and made me clean through your son Jesus. The one of whom you promised and whom you delivered. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Amen.
