OT - Daughter-in-law's Dad

My daughter-in-law is in Memphis. I mentioned a few weeks ago that her dad had a brain tumor. His surgery today took over seven hours but they feel like they got it all. The tumor was not malignant. The surgeon said it completely covered one nerve and was very close to the brain stem. He cautioned that nerves are very unpredictable....we are all anxious to see how he's doing once the anesthesia wears off. God is faithful and I praise Him for getting Homer through this intricate surgery, especially since he had coronary bypass surgery within the last ten months as well. I'm sure the family will appreciate your prayers for his journey to full recovery. It is my son and daughter-in-law's tenth wedding anniversary today too. Ruthanna
