Daily "Thankful For" List 7th June 2007

Good Beautiful Am - What are you thankful for today? 1) I am thankful for waking up to the birds chirping, the sun rising, a nice cool breeze comforting me through my opened windows and a nice hot shower to refresh my senses. 2) I am thankful for my 2 beautiful daughters who keep things real and simple and remind me that its really the little things in Life that add so much pleasure to our days. A lil' smile, a running hug, a happy MOMMA sounding from their mouths and more. 3) I am thankful for my friends who've stood beside me through the roughest and toughest of times. They have been there BESIDE me not in front of or behind me. They have let me fall when I've needed to just to pick me up, help me wipe off the dirt and stand on my own 2 feet again. 4) I am thankful for the WONDERFUL people on this Christian board who I'm glad to be learning about and talking with. Yeah, it is 4 today for me but hey we've got tons more where these have come from! So, ladies and gentlemen lemme know what YOU are thankful for today. Hugs to all, Kat

The mercy that the Lord shows me every day 6. My husband and my five boys 7. My wonderful mother in law.....I love her dearly! 8. The gifts that the Lord has given to me to share with others!! Hi Kat, Sorry this is late. I had a hectic day at work today. 1. I got the school I wanted for next year. God is awesome. I prayed and prayed I could go to this school. 2. The weather is glorious, though a bit warm. 3. My house is not a total mess yet, as I have been trying to stay on top of it. 4. I have an opportunity to visit the women's prison and take an AA meeting there to introduce them to recovery from alcoholism tomorrow night. 5. Though my weight is stuck, I am not gaining. God is so good to me. I really have been praying for 15 years for the opportunity to teach at this school. Hugs, Trish
