Daily "Thankful For" 6th June 2007

Good am all, This is our very 1st "Thankful For" list. Do add yours! Let's name 3 things that we are thankful for and be reminded of how blessed we are. 1) I am thankful my abilities to write/journal as they have helped me tremendously with getting emotions and things out I wouldn't normally. You could say at times I'm "verbally challenged." 2) I am thankful for waking up to another beautiful sunrise and the chance to have a great day, a fresh start. 3) I am thankful for the opportunity to be able to reach out to someone(s) else and help guide them to God. 1) I am thankful that God has allowed my mom to stay here with us for a little while longer. We were really worried we were going to lose her there for a while. 2) I am so very thankful for my husband and the 19+ years we have been together. He has literally loved me through thick and thin. LOL 3) I am thankful for my two beautiful daughters. They are going through the teen years right now and can be very trying but I'm so thankful that God blessed me with them. This is not to mention what we are all thankful for, our wonderful Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Shel

I love it! I absolutely love it! These are great! I am so thankful for the Lord and all his love and blessings. I know with him we can get through anything. Having mom around a bit longer is very meaningful and it reminds us that life should be enjoyed day to day and make memories that will span all time until we are united once more in Heaven. Wow! Congrats! 19+ years is an AMAZING thing! I have a few friends and my parents (30 years) included who seem to be going it for good. Awww I've got 2 beautiful daughters too and I am so blessed. They are truly both my miracle babies which is another story! I've got a 6 year old and 2 year old so thankfully at this point the teen years are a little bit off as honestly my 2 year old THINKS she is 6 and my 6 year old really believes she is 16. Yeah ok, we all know they will learn and so will we huh? Hugs to you... Kat

1) I am thankful for OH today. So much of who I meet and what I read here helps me to stay on track, and has also brought some beautiful people into my life personally. 2) I am thankful for my daughter. She is my joy in life. She turns 1 year old this month! I am glad that she is healthy and happy. 3) I am thankful for my job. So many struggle...even we do but I have security here and I am appreciative.

These are absolutely great! I too am thankful for OH and finding this board and those I've met here and there and along the way. Oh wow! 1 year old! That is really kewl! Happy early birthday! I am thankful for my job which is being a full time stay at home mom to my girls and the security of my husband's job. He's struggling there but he's trying to make things work. Hugs to you, Kat

I am thankful for God giving me new friends here and on other OH forums. I am thankful for God getting me up early to get to work, as I used to run late. I am thankful that my kids are healthy and able to work. I am thankful for the little baby girl growing inside my daughter. I am thankful that I am able to work and support myself, as I am divorced. I am thankful that I have good health, all things considered. God has just blessed my socks off lately. Hugs, Trish

I am thankful for having more than 3 things to be thankful for. I am thankful for my wonderful husband, sons, daughter-laws and grandkids I am thankful for this board. Love Sally

Wow, these are great! 1. I am thankful for my family. 2. I am thankful fro God's unconditional love towards me, and how he affirms who I am in Him. 3. I am thankful for my job and working with wonderful people. 4. I am thankful for being able to see, hear, walk & talk Okay, I'll save some for tomorrow!
