Good morning everyone! I hope you've had a good nights sleep and now you're up and ready to face the day. It's going to be a great one! Our challenge today is to not worry. So many of us worry all the time. What will worry do? Make you sick, give you ulcers, keep your mind off track, cause you to be ill, make you stay out of focus of the things that are important, and take your sanity. STOP WORRYING! God tells us to cast ALL our cares upon Him, for HE cares for us. He doesn't want us worrying. Worry is bondage! What good does it do? NONE! Worry can't make things happen any sooner. I know it's easier said than done, but just let it go. Let it go! We've been set free from worry! I use to worry all the time. I worried about other people's problems. I finally just had to Give it to God! I had to STOP! it was making me sick. Sicker every day. I couldn't go on letting it run my life. We have to just learn to not let worry grip us or run us! YOU CAN DO IT!! So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some wonderful Nutty Italian coffee from my secret pal, or NOT so secret pal. I LOVE IT! I hope ya'll have a wonderful and blessed day FREE from worry!

Good am Randall, This am's pep talk is VERY much needed sincerely. I cannot thank you enough for posting these. I look forward to reading them each morning. I have some worries on my shoulders and in my heart and head and I needed to be reminded to give them up to God and let him help me with them. (Funny enough I already HAVE an ulcer and so like I need to be stressing more!) I'm sipping on Crystal Light Strawberry On The Go and skipped my coffee this am. I do this a couple times a week when I'm feeling a bit sluggish and need to re-energize myself. Ok what is Nutty Italian coffee??? Do share please! Gonna try & give my worries to God...thanks again. Have a GREAT day! Kat

Thanks for reminding me not to worry. My daughter has me on pins and needles waiting for the baby. I am trying to trust the Lord for this baby. Hugs, Trish
