Please continue to pray

My mom is back in the hospital. The cancer is in remission but her platelet count was extremely low, 5000. Plus she is running a fever. She has been in the hospital since last Thursday. One of her docs told Daddy that her white cell count is coming up so that is a good thing. She is extremely weak though and Daddy is really worried. Please pray for Momma and Daddy. I wish I could be there for them but unfortunately I can't right now. We are all so worried about her. Thanks!! Shel

I can empathize with being away from someone you love when they are sick. My daughter has had an extremely difficult time during this pregnancy. In November she had to be on bedrest with bleeding. A few weeks ago, she was sick in the hospital with a stomach flu and lost 15 pounds. She is now in the ninth month, and I am anxiously awaiting the phone call that she is having the baby. She lives 12 hours away. I have only been able to pray for her, and call to talk with her. It has broken my heart that I could not be there to help her through these health issues.
