okay, who prayed?
All the crap I've been going through with my husband, and all of a sudden things are going smoothly? Who prayed?!?
1. I picked up my "Power of a Praying Wife" book again. I swear, I couldn't get past the first chapter for an entire week, but I kept praying for my heart to be right.
2. Mark asked to accompany me to the Barix support group meeting. He did. He listened. He was encouraging!!!
3. Mark has decided to move back home. EXCUSE ME????? I was ambivalent to whether or not he should do that, but God has taken things out of my hands (thank you, God) and Mark is moving back home in 2 weeks.
I continue to lift up Trish and Karen in prayer daily, and pray for others here as requested.
Love you guys,
I remember when my husband and I separated. The last thing I wanted to know was that perhaps I was not the wife he needed because I was so focused on the things he had done to hurt me. I am glad you could not get past the 1st prayer. Keep on praying it and all the others will fall into place if your husband choses to be a Christ Follower. AMen for this marriage. By the way - Martin and I are 10 years past the move out and move back home stage. blessing to you.
God is in th e business of restoration!! He restores lives, families, relationships, broken dreams and anything else out there that can be broken. One word from God changes everything. My pastor remarried about 20 couples last year that had even gone through the divorce process because God restored their marriages. Praise God that he is doing it for you!!! Sometimes it is hard to let Him do the work, but it always turns out better if God is in the drivers seat!! I pray that you and your family will continue to be blessed!!Hugs-Amy
