prayer needed

Well,the Lord is moving on our behalf..we came home last night from church and note was on door from neighbor...friend is interested in our home and wants to buy w/o relator. We do not have realtor yet so no problem and at 7% fee it would help us a lot. So pray...she comes Monday to check out house and her son comes the end of next week to check it out. Pray for wisdom to do this and to set asking price which is fair to both sides. Love ya and thanks, Joan M
