I just got a call from my son this afternoon. It seems his father-in-law was having some difficulty hearing (he just retired from his job in the past week) so he went to get it checked out. They recommended a brain scan...he has a tumor. He goes to a neurosurgeon tomorrow. My son's inlaws are great Christians and we believe God to have all things in His control but that does not completely free us from our human concerns........Please pray for Homer. Thank you. luvitsunnyv Ruthanna

I just sent up prayers for Homer and your son's family. I am so glad they have their faith to help them through this troubled time. Hugs to you-cause I know when our babies hurt we hurt right along with them. Amy

I will pray for Homer. I have a dear friend who was a breast cancer survivor, and the day her husband died, she found out she has a tumor in her brain and lung. She has been battling the cancer now for over a year. God is still there, with her, through it all. Her testimony to our church and the women there is remarkable. God has good reasons to allow bad in our lives. It is all for His glory. Hugs, Trish

Ruthanna, I am praying for Homer and for your son and his wife and their family. I find that when the greatest fears come, Jesus makes a way for greater peace. May His healing hand touch body and spirit and mind today. IN His Name, Joan
