Good Monday morning everybody! It's time to rise and shine! I slept late and gotta get up and get going around here. It's gonna be an awesome day! Our challenge today is to walk the walk. Ok. I won't get all preachy on ya, but we had WLS to LOSE the weight that held us from enjoying life! We had WLS to begin a new life and to look different. Well, if we had WLS to do all this, let's walk the walk. Eat like you are suppose to. Keep the SUGAR out of your diet! Get your protein in! Get your water in! The key to loose weight and keep it off is to SIP SIP SIP! So let's do it today! Walk the walk! Talk the talk! LOSE FOR LIFE! Who's up this morning? What cha sipping on? ME? I'm sipping on some wonderful Chocolate Macedamia Nut coffee and I LOVE IT! No, it does not contain sugar. Just the flavor. I do have some sweet-n-low and some cream in it. How bout you? Excellent challenge today. While I was away with family, I was able to walk the walk, BUT once. I bought some sugar free caramel popcorn at an Amish market, and it made me sick. It went right through me and I spent an hour in the bathroom all night. I didn't think it would be a problem because it was sugar free. Boy, was I wrong. I have to get my exercise in right now, but I have been trying to get my water and protein in. Hugs, Trish
