Verse for the day April 27

Sorry for not posting yesterday, but one my dogs had a minor medical emergency and I was just exhausted. She is fine, but my credit card is a bit tired. Matthew 6: 6-8 "But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will repay you. And whey you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition, as the Gentiles do, for they supppose that they will be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need, before you ask Him. Dear Father, Thank you for knowing my heart and the secret hopes and fears of my life. Amen.
