Hello Karen. My name is Shelly and I'm 40, married 19 years and have two beautiful daughters, ages 14 and 12. We are so very glad Sally steered you this way. I pray you hear from insurance soon and it is good news. I did a lot of praying when I was thinking about this surgery too and also had my SS class pray too. Insurance ended up paying for everything so I knew it was from God. I've had no complications so far and I am about 4.5 years out. I pray God blesses you on this journey!! Love, Shel

It's so encouraging to hear you had no problems with your surgery. Some of the things I read on other boards scare the weezels out of me. But then we also have the Greatest physician of all to put our lives in so I'll continue to trust in Him. Thanks! Karen

Welcome, Karen! My name is Jill. I live in the Philadelphia area. I am 47 years old, and I have been married 20 years and struggle mightily in that marriage! I can't imagine what God has in mind for that. LOL. I have four children. My sons are 20 and 19; my daughters are 15 and 13. I homeschooled them all for 5 years, then put them back in public school. Now I am homeschooling just my youngest. That on top of working a full-time and a part-time job. I must be nuts! I am in the same place you are in with your surgery. My paperwork was submitted on April 10th, and here I sit, waiting patiently - NOT!!!!! I'll be lifting you up in prayer, and ask that you do the same for me. In Him,

Hi good to meet you! I'll definately pray for your approval too. Isn't the wait the worst thing ever? Patience isn't my crowning glory either. I'm very blessed that I don't have to work and hubby just retired a couple of years ago, so I'm very spoiled in that respect. Our kids are all grown and on their own, now I can just spoil grands and great grands and then give them back when they get cranky. The Lord truely blessed me with my husband, he's a great guy. Not that here aren't days when I'd trade him for 2 good dogs! I pray that we'll both hear soon that our surgeries are approved and we can start our new lives. Bless you. Karen

I added you to my prayer list to make sure I remember you also. That's the first thing I do every morning before I even get out of bed. I study this weeks Sunday school lesson and do my prayer list. Helps start the day out right. Karen
