Verse for the day April 6

Luke 23: 46 Jesus called out with a loud vocie, " Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." When he had said this, he breathed his last. Father God, Into your hands we also commit our spirits, because we know, by the power you showed in raising Jesus from the dead, that you will also raise us. We willingly follow our Savior and risen Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Oh why do I even bother with makeup on Good Friday? I've been bawling all morning. On the way to work, the KLOVE was playing Thief by Third Day, and all my eye makeup washed away. Thank you Sally. I say, yay and Amen to your prayer. Thank You Lord Jesus that You chose to pour out Your blood and grace for us this day, and everyday. ~Carolyn

I just downloaded and listened to that song for the first time and I still have CHILLS! I don't think I've ever heard someone speak/sing from the perspective of the thief who believed. What a blessing! Thank God for His AMAZING GRACE.
