Thursday Coffee Talk
Good morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. I'm late. That's getting to be a habit. I hope you slept great and now you are ready to face a wonderful day!
Our challenge today is to dust. Dust? Yup. Let's have a dusting day. Dust out anything in your life you don't like. Time to get rid of it. Dust out any bad habits you've picked up since WLS. Muching? Grazing? Sweets? Lack of water? Time to dust those things out so you can get to goal. Dust your private life too. What's there you don't like? Only you can DUST!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some Door County Highlander Grogg. It sure is good Dayner Dee!
Ya'll have a great Thursday!
Randall
Good morning Randall! What a great topic!
I'm going to dust out the sugar free candies that I love so much, but that take too much of my mind - you know?
I'm very grateful today for my Lord Jesus. He has seen me through so many valleys and many fires.
I have no idea what you're sippin on - none of that made sense - it's like you started speaking another language! I may have to google that - cuz it sounds scottish, and I'm a bit of a scott myself!
I'm sippin decaf - plain. I used to love a plain cup of coffee, and then I started added all these splenda sweetened things, and well, I'm taking a step back from those added calories that just serve no purpose. I'm about 5 lbs from goal, but can't seem to get there. So, a bit of sacrifice might help!
Take care! - Carolyn

Morning Randall. Thats a great idea for the day. I know there are things that take my focus off of Christ, so I will work on dusting them away. It is so easy to get off track sometimes. Not only will I work on the spiritual dusting but also the real dusting! I have to get my rear in gear and clean up this house today. Pray that I will have the strength I need to get it all done!
No coffee today, so jus****er!
