Monday Coffee Talk

Good Monday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. Gotta start a new week! Don't cha love it?!? Our challenge today is to be proud of what you have. There are so many people today that are not grateful for what they have. I try to teach my children to love and respect everything. Everything they own is valuable no matter how small or how much it costs. When we are proud of our things, we protect them. Take care of them. Just like we do our kids, our spouses or our significant others. Never take anything you have for granted. Be proud of it. So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some wonderful Starbuck's Casi Cielo. You gotta get a bag of this coffee and try it! It is awesome. A rich and bold flavor! What a way to wake up. Ouch! You got me Randall! Yesterday, I was talking to one of my sisters and she was telling me that she and her husband are buying a new house, and our other sister is buying their house. My Dad is the bank. I felt, and to be honest, still feel, so rotten about this. We're studying about how not to store up your treasures on earth - and I have a hope of heaven that my sibs don't know yet. So - to feel jealous is silly. It's not so much the house, but Dad's offer to them that he hasn't made to me. So, I'm praying to feel gratitude for all that He has given me and all that He has done that I don't deserve at all!
