Good Wednesday morning everyone. I hope you slept good and now are ready to face a new and wonderful day. I slept better last night. Just coughing a lot. I'm gonna be fine! Our challenge today is to realize that our best days are not behind us. They are in front of us! We have a positive future to look forward to. Don't wonder or worry what tomorrow holds. You should be excited about tomorrow. It's one of your best days. Tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next......etc. We are LIVING! We've lost weight, our health is better and we are feeling better than we have in a long time. Our best days are yet to be seen. We can't let what happened yesterday, last week, or a year from now determine our tomorrows. If we do, my Lord, we might just want to sink into a hole somewhere. So get up. Realize your best days are YET to be SEEN! Who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? Nada this morning. Just some water. Nothing taste good. Even the Wal-Mart Crystal light knock offs are not good. Only water. I'm gonna try a cup in a little bit though. Ya'll know I gotta have my cup a joe! I hope you have a wonderful, blessed and HAPPY day! Randall

Hi Randall. I slept better last night too. I was extremely tired yesterday. I have been very tired for the past week and a half or so. Yesterday I was totally wiped out. I hurt from my head to my toes, even my mind was scattered to the winds yesterday. I went to bed at 8:15. At least when I woke up today I didn't feel like I hadn't slept all night like I did the morning before. And I don't feel like I wa**** by a truck. Yep, our best days lie ahead of us. We have so much to look forward to. The future is bright and hope-full! And secure in Jesus Christ as well. I am thankful that my spiritual future is sealed in the blood of Jesus. Have a great afternoon. Hugs, Robin
