That is such a beautiful verse. The impact of it is huge. When I think of what He did for me, when I won't even let my own son wait at the bus stop alone or go through a store alone without worrying. KimM.

Thank you Sandy! I have to tell you that these LOVE verses were preparing me for a confrontation I had with another leader in ministry yesterday. I was so glad that the Lord had washed me in His word, through you and our Pastor yesterday morning as well (who spent a lot of time reviewing the kinds of love we know and how God calls us each BELOVED) - because I'm afraid I would have reacted out of defensiveness rather than love, if He hadn't shown me kindness to prepare me.
