Good Monday morning everyone! I hope you had a good nights rest. I tossed and turned all night. So much on my mind with the new place getting ready this week and then our Pastor resigning. I'll be glad when this week is over with already. You never hear me say things like that do ya. We should be in our home tomorrow evening! WOO HOO Our challenge today is to bounce back. When life knocks you down, get right back up. Don't lay there and get wounded. When friends and family say something that floors you, get up and go on. Show them it can't keep you down. When you are having trouble at work and the boss or coworkers knock you down. Bounce back. Make them wonder whats going on with you. Don't let them see you laying there wallowing in sellf pitty. If we will learn to bounce back from life's troubles, we will be victors and not victims. Bounce back today. Be strong So, who's up? What cha sipping on? I'm sipping on some of Carmens's Millstone Breakfast blend. Talk about GOOOOOOOD! Yummy! Love you all and hope you have a wonderful and blessed Monday! Randall

Thanks for the challenge Randall. What a great way to start the week. Nothing can get in our way or get us down as long as we keep our eyes on the prize and our armour polished. You have a great week and lots of fun moving into that new home. Hugs, Sandyd

Thnaks for the boost Randall! It is so easy to sit around and fuss to myself when it would be much more productive to get up and get a move on. I'm drinking milk. Thank you. Kim M.

Hi Randall. Its no longer morning but I wanted to say hi anyway. Your challenge today goes right along with Ephesians which tells us to "having done all to stand...Stand!" I am paraphrasing of course cuz there is a lot more good stuff that goes with that part of the verse. But I thought of that verse when I read your challenge. Have a great day! Robin

I got this verse from a friend for a friend diagnosed with breast cancer. Psalm 34:18 (The Message) The Message (MSG) 18 If your heart is broken, you'll find God right there; if you're kicked in the gut, he'll help you catch your breath. I think it fits this discussion. Sometimes I feel like one of those punching toys that would fall over and bounce right back up again. Hugs, Trish
