A terrible situation
I don't post very often, but I am here daily. I truly believe in the power of prayer, and I am asking for God's people to please pray for a pressing situation in my family. I won't go into too many details, but the problem is that my daughter is being harrassed by a very scary man. He is delusional, and thinks that he is the father of her baby. This is NOT true. He sued her in family court once already, and we had ask for a paternity test just to get him to leave her alone. Of course the judge dismissed the man's petition. We thought it was over. Yesterday, my daughter was served with papers from the same man, saying that he was paying support (absolutely false) for his "son" and wanted visitation! She called the family court and explained the situation, but they said that she has to go to court because they don't have time to even look up the previous decision. Needless to say, she is beside herself. This is a very dangerous man who has been stalking her for over a year. He believes that they have some kind of relationship, and continues to obsess over her. The man is in his 50's and does not work because of some kind of disability - mental, I think.
Please, please, please pray for this situation. Thank you with all of my heart.
Joyce
Joyce,
I will pray for her, and her child. Can she get a restraining order against him? If he is truly mentally ill, and if he makes threats against her, she could seek to have him 302'd into a hospital for treatment. Be sure I will be praying for him as well, because if he is mentally ill, and delusional, then he needs to get treatment and proper medication to get better for the behaviors to stop.
God bless.
Hugs,
Trish
Dear Father in Heaven, Please protect this young woman and her child from this crazy man. Please remove him from her life and keep her safe from harm. We ask that a peace be brought to this family and that whatever evil this man is from that it be bound in the name of Jesus and cast away for all time. Amen
Dear Joyce, I don't know all the particulars, but I have prayed and will pray for your daughter. I am also putting her on a prayer chain through my church. Is there any way your daughter can get a restraining order against this man?
Truely His - Sally
