Two Prayer Requests

Hi there, I have a prayer request for a friend. Her husband was rushed to the hospital yesterday and had emergency heart surgery. His name is Rob. I also need prayer for my finances. I have made a huge mess of things in recent months, and I am working three jobs to try to get a handle on it, and it just seems to be getting worse. Late fees and bounced check fees are just terrible. Please pray for me for wisdom in spending and for the strength to work my three jobs. Also, please pray that all of my clients show up for my sessions with them next week, as I don't get paid if they don't show. Hugs, Trish

Trish I just sent prayers up for you and your friend's husband. Remember that nothing is too difficult for God and that he has your answers ready for you before you have the problem. He is able and His strength is made perfect in your weakness. I know the money trouble. I have had it-still have it to a large degree. It is so scary and the fees add up too fast. I also want to thank you because you are always there with encouraging words and I can tell you mean them. God is good and He will take care of us. hugs-amy

Trish...before we were saved we made bad choices financially and prayed and asked for wisdom....He showed us and we became debt free. There is a ministry that can help that is called Christian Financial Ministry check the internet and give them a call. In His love, Joan M

Trish, I know how you feel. God has shown us that things will be looking up this week, I know He will do the same for you. I believe that if we work hard, He will do the rest for us. I am in prayer today, we found a used vehicle (our 2nd could die any day)...it is a very good older car, well maintained and a good price. I am planning to go test drive it today hopefully. God opened up a way for us to get the money to finance it even as horrible as our finances are right now. I am sending a prayer for Rob as well. Let us know what happens. Valena

Hey, Trish, oh boy can I relate. I bounce checks regularly, and can never seem to make ends meet, even working two jobs. I know that for me a big part of my problem is actually food related. I was talking to my son about that this morning. We ordered out 4 times in 2 days because 1) I got paid; and 2) I hate to cook. I was saying that hopefully when I am not able to eat as much, I will be less inclined to order out, thereby saving money. It is a real struggle for me, and has been for what seems like a very long time.
