Wednesday coffee talk

Good Wednesday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! Man oh man did I ever sleep. We got in late last night from a night out with just me and the kdis and we had a ball. We were in troy and decided we wanted to eat somewhere esle so we drove an hour just to eat. We crunk up the music and I laughed SO HARD! I haven't had that much fun in YEARS!! My kiddos made me feel like a teen again, but I'm feeling it this morning. The old man ain't a TEEN! But I sho nuff had me some fun! Our challenge today is to have fun. You can be respectful, adult, and still have good clean fun. Am I just finding this out? NOPE! Of course not. I knew it, I just forgot how until my kids had to show me again. So go out today and have some fun. Crank up the music while driving. Laugh at something your spouse, kids, or co-workers say. I LOVE LAUGHING but had somehow forgotten how. LAUGH and HAVE SOME FUN today! That was just what I needed before getting on that ship for 5 days! Look out Carnival. I'm gonna be 'ing everywhere! So, who's up? What cha sippping on? Me? It's 2% milk right now but I'm bout to head to the pot. The coffee pot that is. Gotta make me some Breakfast blend and get going. I was invited by Torey and his b'fast crew to join them this morning before meeting up with Carmen and John to head to the Port of Mobile! I'm gonna miss you guys, but a GREAT and DEAR friend is going to do my coffee talks for me. THANK YOU! I hope ya'll have a wonderful, blessed and FUN FILLED day Randall

Isn't it so hard sometimes as an adult to get so caught up in the day to day that you feel like you DO forget to have fun?! I know I do, especially with all of the trials that weigh on me at times. Good morning Randall, Thanks for the reminder to laugh and enjoy life. Sometimes I know that I get so busy going to & fro that I forget that life is suppose to be fun. As it says in Daniel 2:4, "until the time of the end,many shall run to and fro". A reminder for me to take time to bask in the joy of the Lord. Randall, thanks for the reminder to laugh and have fun. I haven't laughed much the past few weeks. We have a bit of snow on the ground now, WOOHOO, I LOVE snow! I won't get a chance to play in it though, bummer. But I do plan on looking at it from the office and enjoying the beauty of it. Have a fab time on your cruise!!! Hugs, Robin

Thanks Randall! I know at one retreat, I was given a light bulb and told to "lighten up." It was before I was a Christian. I delighted a couple of years ago when my nephew said - Why do you laugh so much??? Praise God that He took a serious and self absorbed woman and gave her joy!!! Have a wonderful trip! One thing my kids love is when we have an "inside secret" of something silly we've done together. It is almost like they know I have to be an adult in the adult world, but when we are home alone, it is ok to be goofy just between us. We all laugh until we can hardly breathe and wow the stress level drops big time.Have a great time on your crusie.!!!!!! KimM.
