Please pray for my church...

One of our beloved elders is growing old and is getting forgetful. He might support something this week but next week he might not even remember it. His forgetfulness is beginning to interfer with church business. This past Sunday, the congregation and church leaders met with this elder but he doesnt "remember" how serious his forgetfulness is. It is a sad and very delicate situation and could cause a rift within the congregation. I'd like to point out that he has done nothing to bring reproach upon the church, he is a very good Christian!! But his ability to lead is in question. Please pray for this elder and this church. Gina

My grandmother had something similar happen in her church as well. The founding pastor would have horrible memory losses and sometimes belittle other members and act out during services. His children finally had to have him step down as it just got to be too severe. Prayers sent. Valena
