It all worked out!!

Hello, it is I of the 'Discouraged' post from yesterday. I want to thank everyone for taking the time to respond with kind words, as well as reminding me of the importance of having faith in God even when it seems like nothing will ever end up working out. My hubby FINALLY got that check this morning...it saved our collective rear ends, at least at the moment! I feel so awful that I was a doubter...I know it is only human nature but in my mind that goes along with better my relationship with God, ya know? Valena

Hi Valena, Praise the Lord for His goodness. Don't beat yourself up for doubting. Remember Thomas? He walked with Jesus, and ate at the same table as Him, but doubted Him. I am a doubter too, and I have struggled to believe God will see me to the next paycheck, but He always does. Stay in the Word, and keep looking to Him. Hugs, Trish

Valena is right. We all doubt sometimes. One of the men that Jesus healed in the Bible said (before he was healed) "Lord I believe, but help me with my unbelief." I have been there several times myself. I know that God is a God of Provision and yet even when I know i have heard from him in my spirit that everything will be OK, I still doubt at times. The Good news is that God knows we are human anf He is not suprised by our situations but has an answer ready before we even know what to ask. Plus, th more He comes through (which is every time) the stronger my faith gets and I doubt a little bit less the next time. He is so good!! I am glad everything worked out for ya!!hugs-amy
