Hey guys. I didn't know this was here. Praise the Lord! I have been looking for this and when you posted on the main board about it today I just wanted to jump up and down. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am having surgery Jan. 29th and I live in North Mississippi. I am a little nervous but I know GOD is in control and I am in the palm of HIS hands. My husband and I are planting a church in the Oxford Ms area and are so excited about what God is doing and going to do. So anxious to meet all of you! Darlene

Hello Sister in the Lord...we have been here waiting for you and others to come! You will love it here and we are committed to pray for, reach out to and encourage one another in the Lord. Welcome to the Christianity Board! May the Lord bless your decision for the surgery and it is totally normal to be nervous but even in that the Lord will flood you with His peace. How awesome for the church planting. May I ask what church? What type surgery are you having? And did you do a profile yet? Again, welcome and join us when you have time. In His love and grace, Joan M

Thanks to all the replys. The name of our church is The Bride By Grace. It is a non-denominational church. I am having a revision actually. I had the VBG 22 years ago lost weight and got pregnant and gained it all back. He is going to undo that and do the RNY Bypass. It will of course be open since he is undoing the other. I have been throwing up for 22 years and am so tired of it. I am hoping this may be a little better on me in that way and of course that I will lose lots of weight. Thanks for all the replys. Darlene

Hey Darlene, Welcome to the Christianity Forum. I am so glad you found us. I found this forum a few weeks before my WLS in August. This is a great group of prayer warriors and sisters and brothers in the Lord. God is in control of everything concerning your WLS. Trust Him for every aspect. His peace will be so evident when you do that. Hugs, Trish
