Tuesday Coffee Talk
Good Tuesday morning everyone! I hope most of you are sleeping in today and getting some rest after a HUGE Christmas Day yesterday! I did sleep an hour late today!
Our challenge today is to look over the past year, 2006, and remember everything that has taken place. So much has happened in our lives. Some of you had WLS. Some of you had plastic surgery. If you've had WLS, NONE of us look the same! Some had other things, good and bad, take place. We have to realize that in EVERYTHING that has taken place in our lives, no matter what, we are still blessed people! IN EVERYTHING!
So if you are not sleeping late, what cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on my regular Maxwell House with cream and sweet-n-low. I love any flavored coffee, but there is just something about the good old regular every now and then!
I hope you have a blessed and wonderful day and I want you to know how much I appreciate each and every one of you! THANK YOU for your replies and emails to Coffee Talk. I love doing this and YOU GUYS MAKE COFFEE TALK! You are a blessing to ME!
Randall
I am sippin' on my Gevalia Traditional Roast with Caramel Vanilla Coffee Mate and Sweet n Low. That is my old standby and I love it. We had a wonderful Christmas and as I look back the year went by so fast I feel like I am going fast foward in life now. My Aunt who is 92 and still going strong say that time goes faster the older you get and I believe it. I have some exciting news that I want to share with you all. My granddaughter (the one and only grandchild) is moving 3 houses away from me. They are moving in tomorrow. I am so happy they found a place so close. I take care of her getting her off to school and after school now and this will make things even better for me seeing her even more. So I am thanking God big time for answering another prayer. Have a great day Randall and thank you for posting the challenge it is such a great way to start my day. Hugs, Sandyd
I am up, sipping my green tea, about to make a pot of my Starbucks Christmas Blend.
2006 was blessed and painful. I had my WLS, so I have lost 51 pounds. But, my brother died, so there is a lot of pain involved as well.
Christmas was nice. My family had a special time together. Then we watched our Philadelphia Eagles beat Dallas. Yippeee!!!
Happy Tuesday.
Hugs,
Trish
