Good morning everyone! Man! I overslept this morning and ya know what? It felt great to be able to do it! I slept like a rock and hope you did too. Our challenge today is to go the extra mile! Go the extra mile in everything you do. I am one who always says I want to give 110% in all I do. Do I always do it? NO! But I do believe in giving my best. Go the extra mile today. At work, home, and on your WLS journey. Sure you might think you are too tired to go the extra mile. Sure you think why should "I" go the extra mile. It WILL pay off for you if you will. I promise! So! Who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some good Vanilla Cream coffee this morning and it's so good! I hope you have a blessed and wonderful EXTRA MILE day! Randall

Good morning Randall The Lord certainly went the extra mile for us, it is the least we can do for him. Wednesday nights I teach a children's class at church. I am always tired that time of day and think about wanting to stay home and rest but I remember those bright shining faces are waiting for me and they are worth going the extra mile for. Once I get there I always perk right up and get extra energy from them. Have a great day. Hugs, Sandyd

Last night at 8:30 one of my twins asked if I would bake cookies for her to take to school the next day since she won't be in school on her birthday. My flesh wanted to scream,"no way it is 8:30 and I am exhausted from the day." However, I went the extra mile and made the cookies and was blessed with the most awesome,"Thanks so much Mom, I love you." Was it worth it to go the extra mile? Yes, those words made everything right! Today I am drinking orange and spice tea. Kim M.
