PTL Report
I tell ya....God is so great! It has been such a hectic week with lots of unexpected things (Satan likes it like that!) culminating with my (make or break) exit exam today for nursing. I spent yesterday doing things for other people (Last Sunday's sermon was about generosity of time) and it really wasn't procrastination to study...I was just busy. I ended up studying for only 2-3 hours for this very important test. I went to bed about 1:00 AM and woke up at 5:00 to get ready for the 8 AM exam hoping to go over my notes " one more time". It didn't happen. I got my usual cafe con lech at Ron's at 6:30 AM and started thru the Miami traffic toward downtown. I always take advantage of this time and pray. I was just about to the medical campus and I was still praying. That's over an hour drive. I actually forgot to pray for my test. I think God wanted it this way. I went in, sat for the 2 hr. exam and received one of the highest scores.
He allowed me to focus on the needs of everyone else and He took care of my need at the same time.

Praise the Lord for your exam results. That is awesome. A similar thing happened to me in February. I was in treatment for my eating disorder for two months, and wanted to reschedule my Social Work license exam, but failed to do so in time, so I went and sat for it with only a few days of preparation. I passed anyway, even though I was sure I would have to retake it.
God is good. I have learned to do my best and let God take care of the rest.
Hugs,
Trish
