Wow Moment
This morning I got a call from someone who told me they had a dream and it was not good, pertaining to me having the surgery. I will spare the details but will say that I was very upset. Well to make a long story short, I went into prayer and was crying out for the Lord to confirm this deam and speak to my heart. I asked the Lord to judge me and to help me to discern and walk in his ways, that he would keep me from evil and deliver me from my own sin, pride and anything not pleasing to him. As I was praying this, I had an impression to go read PS 37. I continued to pray thinking I was hearing myself but the impression would not leave me so I just went and read it, and re-read it 5 times. The Lord does truly lead us by this word, as it is a lamp unto my feet. I am not of a lesser god, but the one true and living GOD that is able to redeem, and is full of loving kindness. He will judge the wicked and the righteous. I have nothing to fret about.
Peace in Jesus.
Tammy, you did the right thing. Take it to the Lord in prayer. He has answered your prayer now trust and believe in your answer. Do not let people try to make you a person of fear. God is with you and fear is not of God. He will lead, guide, comfort and direct you. Your surgery will go off without a hitch. Good Luck and continue to trust in the Lord. I hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for. God Bless. Hugs, Wanda
The Lord is good...this is the "fear not fret not" Psalm...the Lord gave me years ago when I would fear or fret. He will lead you in paths of righteousness for His names sake. "I will fear now evil for Thou art with me" Psalm 23.
Other people may not realize what the Word of God says...2 Tim 1:7 For we have not received a spirit of fear but of power love and a sound mind."
May He continue to open doors and keep you in perfect peace.
In His love,
Joan M
