Our challenge today is to get in your protein. Remember, 60-80 grams of protein! Gotta have it! No protein: no hair, no strength, no strong nails, no good memeory, and tissue breakdown! GET IN THAT PROTEIN TODAY! Protein FIRST!
So! Who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? The usual! Maxwell House regualar! Time to head out to get some more Pumkin Spice! I've been so busy with things I haven't even been to the store! WOW!
