Praise

The viewing for my brother had about 300 people in line to pay their respects. I have hugged and cried with about half of them. Today at the funeral the gospel of salvation was clearly explained, and the songs "On Eagle's Wings" and "I Can Only Imagine" were sung. I was right. I learned wonderful news last night. My daughter told me that I am to be a grandmother in June. She showed me a picture of her ultrasound and I ran around the luncheon today showing people the picture of my "grandchild," as proudly as I could. The fetus was as small as a peanut, and my daughter told my mother she could hear the heartbeat. I am exhausted. Hugs, Trish

Hey Trish! That is awesome that so many people showed up. Lots of people must have loved him! Congrats, Grandma! THey say that for every death....there is a birth! I know you needed some good news. You have been through a lot lately. I am SO happy for you! Now...you have lots of grandbaby planning to do! Please get some rest! You are going to need it now....Hee Hee Hee...cause "grandma time" is coming! How are you holding up physically? Have you been able to eat? I am just an email away if you need me. Love, Stephanie

Oh, Trish I am so happy for you. In the midst of you grief to have such news of joy is truly a gift from God. From one grandma to another......spoil those grandbabies as much as you can. Love, Sandyd

PRAISE THE LORD!!! Oh, Trish, I'm so glad that the viewing was ok - and that at the funeral the message of salvation was given. "I can only imagine" takes on new meaning when you know that one of your loved ones has had that very experience - seeing Jesus!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!! (again - and in all things) for the news about your daughter! May the Lord bless this baby and be forming it with tender care now and for the months to come.
