Tuesday Coffee Talk

Good Tuesday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! It's going to be a WONDERFUL day! WHY? Because we are going to make it one, that's why! Our challenge for today is a simplie one! Today is one of those rare days I like to do every now and then! Today is going to be an "All about you day"! We give and give and give to others. While that is a good thing, it's also good that we give to ourselves. That's today's challenge. Give yourself something today! Make it a "YOU" day! I'm headed to Montgomery to the Food Bank so it will be a morning for other's, but while I am there, I plan to do something special for myself! I challenge you to do the same thing. Buy something for yourself. Treat yourself to something special! As I've said before, YOU ARE WORTH IT! So! Who's up? What cha sipping on? ME? I'm sipping on Toasted Almond coffee this a.m. and it is just too good! I hope you have a great, wonderful, and SELF LOVING day! Randall

Oh no it's my house cleaning day......I guess that is for me too because I do like a clean house but it would be more fun if someone else would clean it and I could go play today.....I will have to ponder on that one for a while. Hugs, Sandyd

Good Morning Randall, Today I am heading to my school district's employee health services office for an appoiontment to return to work. I have been on sick leave since my open RNY on August 28th. I hate driving in Center City Philadelphia. After I get back, I will take a walk, because it is a beautiful day here in PA. The second great commandment is to love our neighbor as ourselves.
