Good Wednesday morning everyone! I hope you have slept good and now you are ready for a NEW day! Time to rise and SHINE! Our challenge today is to not let guilt of the past drive your life! Guilt can control you if you let it. It's time to move on. Let go of the guilt. If you need to ask someone to forgive you of something, then do it. If you need to forgive "yourself" for something, then do so! DO NOT LET GUILT RUN YOUR LIFE OR HOLD YOU BACK from enjoying your life! Guilt leads to fear and many other situations that can destroy you. Move past the guilt and live FREE today! So! Who's up? What cha sipping on? ME? I'm sipping on my Toasted Almond cofffee and on this brisk cool LA (Luverne, Alabama) morning, it sure is good! I hope you have a wonderful, blessed, and GUILT FREE day! Randall

Morning Randall. I am sipping on water! Gotta stay hydrated. I struggled with guilt for so long. I even allowed others to make me feel guilty and most times I had no reason to feel guilty. (thinking of my mom, ie. not visiting her enough, not loving her enough, etc.) I have been able to overcome those feelings with the word of God and through prayer. I have to remember what HE says about me, not what I think of myself. The hardest thing for me to do is forgive myself. I think that is true of most of us. I am working on that still. I try to remind myself that I am not ever going to be perfect and that I will always make mistakes no matter how hard I try not to. Then I remember that God loves me with all of my faults and in spite of my mistakes. When I can't forgive myself I ask Him to help me. He does. Enjoy your guilt free day as well. Hugs, Robin

Good Morning Randall, Guilt used to consume me. I could not forgive myself for certain things that I did. If I am not in the Word on a regular basis, Satan tries to throw me a zinger and give me the guilts again. I love Romans where it says, "There is therefore, now no condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus." If God does not condemn me, who am I to condemn myself. Still sipping my diet, decaf iced tea. Hugs, Trish
