This was one of the first verses I memorized. I wish I had obeyed it early on, but that is another story. It is a great verse to remind me to build people, not tear them down. Hugs, Trish

Sandy, thanks for this verse...we all need to reminded that words hurt and I know I stryggle with this at home...little things...like "will you ever have your room clean everyday?", can't you remember to put your dirty dishes away?"...I know my daughter knows to do these things, I just get frustrated and then I call her lazy....instead of building her up I get upset and start to tear down. Thanks for the reminder that I can lovingly discipline and train in righteousness and obedient living. In Him Who's mercies are new every morning. Joan M
