Good Thursday morning everyone! Time to get up and at 'em! Spray those pits and eat them grits!
Our challenge today is to get that PROTEIN IN!! Protein, protein, protein! It's vital in WLS and for life! Be sure to get in at least (some say) 60 grams of protein. I get in 90. We need protein!
So! Who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on my regular Maxwell House this morning and it is so good!

Good Morning Randall,
I read an interesting devotional about getting our daily bread in, and how God's Word is the Bread of Life. My protein goal is 78, and I have a sure fire way of getting it in. I discovered Isopure Protein drinks. It tastes like Grape KoolAid and has 40 grams of protein in 20 ounces. Helps me make goal at the end of a day of full liquid diet.
I am sipping on a fruity protein shake I made all by myself. Some orange juice, blueberries, strawberries, a peach and AnyWhey protein powder and ice cubes. Yummy. God has truly blessed me.
Today my mom is taking me to a therapy appointment. She turned 80 yesterday, and today is my older brother's 55th birthday. Busy birthday week.
