Thursday coffee talk

Good Thursday morning everyone! I hope you have slept well, you are up, and ready to face the day. Time to get up and at 'em! I've been up since 3:30 and I've baked muffins for Torey and Allison's breakfast. I'm on the road to Birmingham today for my 2 year check up and possible gall bladder removal and hernia repair. I'll know later today. Keep me in your prayers as I travel? Thanks! Our challenge today is to help me out today! I have a friend who is having a hard time today. I would very much appreciate it if you would join me in sending her a card. Her Birthday is on Monday September 4th, Labor Day. I think a card shower would help her so much. Will you help? Good morning Randall. Today's challenge is accepted! What a great idea. Will be praying for your travels and appointment. I hope that all goes well and you receive good reports from the Docs. Today is a regular day for us. The kids are tryning to go to the mall to hang out and I hope to get to curves for once this week. I need to take the kids to buy shoes for school but I can't skip another day of exercise! Maybe I'll have hubby fix dinner for us so that I can save some time there. Well, sippin on the water and just put on my sweater, it gets so cold in our offices. I am taking another walk at lunch today, but not as long since yesterday's walk really made me sweaty in all this humidity. The walk is worth it since I feel better afterwards and it boost my energy for the afternoon. Have a great day. Hugs, Robin
