Welcome home Pat and welcome to the Loser's Bench. You might want to try ice chips to help with getting fluids in, or sugar free popsicles if your doc ok'd them. I didn't get my goal of water in for the first week or so, but I tried. It's hard. Hope you're feeling great soon!!! - Walk, sip, rest! ~Carolyn

Pat...just try to sip...sip..sip....you will get better each day and by 7-8 weeks you will not even believe the difference! I had surgery April 25 and I am 14 weeks out and I really thanks the Lord for allowing this surgery. I feel so much better now and am free....truly free. May the Lord bless your efforts and may you get the rest you need. In Christ, Joan M
