Please pray for me

Hello to my fellow wls christian friends, I need your prayers today as my life struggles are becoming overwhelming. My husband and I have been going through such terrible times financially. We lost our house a little over a year ago as well as our car due to a job loss. The economy has been so bad in the rural area that I live in. Anyway, my husband lost his job May, and then I lost mine in June. We don't have much else left to lose, but, are looking at losing our apartment if we can't get our rent paid. We also have a van that is now a month behind. Please, friends, pray that we can get our rent paid so that we can keep a roof over our 13 year old's head. This is so unfair to him. He shouldn't have to worry about whether he will have a bed to sleep in. Thank you so much for your prayers. I will remember all of you in mine as well. Barb

I will pray for you right this minute. I too have been through very distressful and overwhelming financial problems and other life struggles in my fifty eight years. It can get really scary at times and we need each other. I believe that is why Christ set up the church the way he did in the bible so we could be of service to each other and be able to worship him. I can tell you that since I have been attached to his church I no longer live in fear of bad things happening because I have support at all times including financial. One time the church paid my house payment which was a pretty steep one. They have seen me through all kinds of crisis and I am now there to serve them too. God promises we will never be tempted beyond what we can bear but will provide an escape. Look for the escape he provides it might be different than what you had in mind but it will work to your best interest. Romans 8:37-39 is always so comforting to me. I wish I could offer more. Barb, I am praying for you! God will provide a breakthrough for you. He is faithful and cares about every one of our needs. Father, I ask you to make a way, where there seems to be no way, for my Sister Barb. Please Lord, provide the finances they need to pay their rent/car/etc. Please Lord, provide the job for Barb and her husband so that they can take care of their family. You promised Lord that you would meet all of our needs according to YOUR riches in Glory. Please show yourself faithful on behalf of Barb and her family. You are a big God and nothing is impossible for you. Thank you for caring for us Lord. In Jesus Name I ask for these things. My husband is looking for work right now too. It is not easy. Barb - I will be praying for you! I pray that the Lord would manifest Himself to you in a mighty way in this time, and that this season of burden would be used to glorify Him. I pray that these cir****tances will become a powerful testimony to His faithfulness! I pray that you and your husband find all your strength in Him, and that your 13 year old would see the Lord's hand in all of this. God Bless you my sister. Life can be so hard sometimes. I told my husband just this morning that the return of the Lord is looking soooooooo good about now. When I was younger I use to think "now Lord I am not sure that I am ready for you to come back yet." But now that I am much older I am waiting for his return to get us out of this wicked world. Don't get me wrong I love life!!! I just hate it when people try and try to get ahead and there is always someone trying to bring them down. I have to remind myself daily that we do not wrestle again flesh and blood. I know that the Lord has heard the prayers that have gone up for you today, and we will continue to pray that the Lord will make away for you.
